Our outdoor, hot stone, cube sauna can accommodate six individuals at a time. We invite members and non-members who are 18 years or older to utilize our sauna. The benefits of regular sauna usages are widely known and include: easing muscle pain/tension, increased cardiovascular health and stress relief to name just a few.
