Personal & Small Group Training

Why personal or small group training? Whether you're recovering from an injury, returning to fitness, or refining your skills for a specific sport you'll get the intensity of a class with the personal attention of a coach. Similar to our CrossFit classes, personal and small group training will help you train smarter, lift heavier, and build confidence.

Perosnal Training

10 Sessions - $600

5 Sessions - $400

Single Session - $100

There are certain times when personal training just makes sense for your schedule or your comfort level. If flying solo seems like it would be right for you, reach out to: Allison@CrossFitChippewa.com.

Small Group Training

5 Sessions - $100/Person

*Minimum of 3 people, maximum of six people

Small group training can be a great options for teens during their off-season. Sign up with members from your sports team to maintain strength and conditioning in between seasons. Adults who can't make a regular class due to their work or personal schedules are encouraged to create a small group of friends, family and/or co-workers.
